We aim at all times to give a courteous, professional and diligent service to all clients.
In all cases we endeavour to render treatments to the best of our ability. As a small practice by modern day standards it means that we hope to establish a personal rapport with our clients and offer case continuity.
This improves the lines of communication which is vital in deciding treatments and giving advice on a multiplicity of animal health topics. If you feel we do not live up to these basic standards of courtesy then please address a complaint to Mr John Watkinson.
Complaints received in a civilised manner can always be resolved.
Value for money is also a major consideration. With our farm clients the economics are always discussed. In 95% of cases the Vet interaction is a profitable one.
In a small percentage of cases the outcome is non profitable but some costs occasionally have to be borne in an effort to improve the animals welfare.
We have a vested interest in helping a farm enterprise to remain profitable and this is always at the forefront of our advisory work and farmer training services.
Our facilities for sheep and calves at the Surgery both help to reduce client Visit costs but also improve the facility to administer Surgeries and treatments. e.g. ewe Caesareans.
