We have a mobile footcrush to facilitate treatments where facilities are limited. The ideal number for a session is 6 to 8. Good trimming and surgical treatments take time. It is better to do less in a session and make a decent job.
Farmer tutorials and workshops have been held in conjunction with the Dale and Vale Vets co-operative and have proved popular. It is our intention to run these on a regular basis. We have held some workshops at Hollin Rigg in 2009.
