Credit facilities will only be available by prior arrangement or for extended cases.

In normal circumstances accounts for small animal services are to be settled at the time. Debit card facilities are available.

Payment of monthly account balances may be done via Debit Card but not Credit Card ( i.e. credit has already been taken)

Credit charges (after prior warning) will be added to overdue accounts.

Extended advice via telephone may attract a charge to cover the professional time involved.

Quotations i.e. estimation of charges on request.
